A transaction fee of up to $6.90 applies for all bookings (online, over the phone and over the counter). You will receive a confirmation email when you book online, and a confirmation number when booking over the phone.

The transaction fee is charged per transaction, not per ticket. This means you only pay one transaction fee regardless of how many tickets you buy for an event in a single transaction.

You can add multiple tickets to your basket by clicking on the basket icon and selecting the ‘add more tickets’ option. If you need assistance with this please contact the Box Office.

The transaction fee factors in a variety of costs including ticket delivery costs, costs associated with taking, processing and fulfilling your ticket booking and the costs associated with the technology used to provide you with our services.
